Introduction: These terms and conditions govern the use of Bike Hospital's motorcycle parts and servicing services. By using Bike Hospital's services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Services: Bike Hospital provides a range of services, including but not limited to motorcycle parts supply and servicing. Bike Hospital reserves the right to modify its services at any time.

Warranty: Bike Hospital provides a warranty for all services performed, the duration of which shall be specified at the time of service. All parts supplied by Bike Hospital are also covered by a warranty, the duration of which shall be specified at the time of supply.

Payment: All payments for services and parts must be made in full at the time of service or supply. Bike Hospital accepts cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments.

Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their motorcycle is in good working condition prior to service and to inform Bike Hospital of any necessary repairs. Bike Hospital shall not be responsible for any damages that may occur as a result of customer negligence.

Limitation of Liability: Bike Hospital shall not be liable for any damages that may occur to a customer's motorcycle while it is in Bike Hospital's care.

Data Protection: Bike Hospital shall only use customer data for the purpose of providing services and shall not share customer data with third parties.

Changes to Agreement: Bike Hospital reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time by publishing the revised terms on its website. Your continued use of Bike Hospital's services following any changes to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which Bike Hospital is located. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Bike Hospital and its customers and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
